How to add hydrants
Submitting hydrant information
To submit hydrants for local map layers, forward a copy of your information to our support team in one of these formats: CSV, GeoJSON, KML, KMZ, shapefile, or Excel.
Submitting updates
Updated submissions must include all active data, not just new data.
Required fields
Please include at least the following fields for your data:
title,color,latitude,longitude
Latitude/Longitude
Coordinates should be supplied in decimal degree format like:
35.467612, -97.516434
Hydrant colors
GeoSafe uses NFPA 291 color codes for hydrants.
