How to void citations

Voiding a citation cancels it so it will not be exported to the court’s records system.

Voiding a citation from the Inbox

1. From the Inbox, locate the citation you want to void.
2. Click the More menu (three dots) for that citation.
3. Select Voided.
4. The citation status will update to Voided.

Voiding a citation from the citation details page

1. Open the citation you want to void.
2. Click the Actions menu.
3. Select Voided.
4. The citation status will update to Voided.
