How do I sign in to OLETS?
- To sign in to OLETS, click the OLETS account button.
- Enter your OLETS username and OLETS password, then click the Sign In button.
- To request a PIN, click Get PIN... to have it sent to your cell phone via text message.
- Type in the PIN code and click Next... to continue.
- If your sign in is successful, you will get a message from OLETS like this:
LOGON ACCEPTED
If you do not receive your PIN code to your cell phone, have your agency administrator check that your number is on file in the Dashboard.
If you do not receive any response from OLETS, have your agency administrator check that your terminal is set up in the Dashboard.
How to change your OLETS password?
- To change your OLETS password, click the OLETS account button.
- Select the Change password tab
- Enter your OLETS username and OLETS password, then click the Sign In button.
- Fill out the form and click Change password...
- If your request is successful, you will get a message from OLETS like this:
